This project involved a comprehensive, three-stage overhaul of a second-floor commercial tenancy. The goal was to maximise the footprint of the space, transitioning it from a dated layout into a series of modern offices and meeting rooms. From structural bathroom conversions to the final integration of data cabling, we acted as the central point of coordination to ensure the space was fully functional and compliant for new tenants.


Operating on a second floor directly above active, seven-day retail businesses required a detailed approach to logistics. Noise was a significant factor; we navigated strict working-hour restrictions by scheduling all heavy construction and high-impact work for after-hours. Additionally, the physical constraints of the site-using only a small stairwell for all material deliveries and subtrade access—demanded a tight schedule and constant communication to keep the project moving within a very tight timeframe.
